A few years ago, we at Croma were faced with the challenge of providing our customers with an excellent service, while at the same time keeping our operations cost-effective. To achieve our goal of providing excellent service at a reasonable cost, we developed the Croma app, an Android-based mobile application that allows technicians to fulfill customer jobs in a more efficient manner. The app enables technicians to mark attendance, view jobs details assigned to them, and fulfill the job through the app. No need for paperwork, as the app gives every technician the details of the pending jobs whether they are installations, demos or repairs of large home appliances.
